Thank you to the
Herald-Journal, the Music Foundation of
Spartanburg, Ingles, WestGate Mall and Spartanburg Technical
College for their
support
of the Spartanburg Public Library's Music Sandwiched In program. Our family has enjoyed many of these concerts
over the past few years. In February, we were privileged to be
entertained by
the Miller-Rowe Consort. In March, we enjoyed Laurel and the Lads. On
April 28,
we saw the Hula Cats. At Music
Sandwiched In, patrons may witness a dulcimer soothing an active
toddler or see
fond memories stir as seniors keep time to a lively tune. We have heard
"Froggie Went a Courtin' " and "Canon in D" by Pachelbel in
the same program.
With these organizations'
support, we enjoy the diversity of
our community, a tasty lunch and grand variety of music. Thank you for
enriching our community and supporting the arts.
